Join us for OneRace Leadership Summit: Leading Into The Future
on September 17, 2020!

With shifting demographics, unprecedented political polarization, and diverging perspectives among the generations on race in America, the racial challenges of the future Church require a new kind of spiritual leadership. The OneRace Leadership Summit: Leading Into The Future is a special experience designed to equip a new kind of leader for these unique times.
Whether local church, nonprofit or marketplace, your leadership teams will grow through this event in putting gospel-centered racial reconciliation at the heart of their leadership practices. We will be convening recognized leaders with decades of experience in leadership and racial reconciliation to guide your team to the next level of addressing the personal, organizational, and cultural implications of race on your mission.
With special pre-work for individuals, and post-work for teams, we are inviting you into more than an event: we are providing a curriculum of personal growth and team development to support you in your leadership journey.
Subjects include: God’s heart for racial reconciliation, building a diverse team, community engagement across racial lines, power dynamics and race, leading through demographic changes, and others.

Crystal Nicole

Worship Leader

Crystal Nicole’s track record as a songwriter is nothing short of iconic – writing for artists such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, Monica, Natasha Bedingfield, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson, and Jennifer Lopez, among others.
Though her ultimate goal was to release her own album she was told she was “too dark, too big,” so Crystal plunged into the songwriting pool in 2007. Before long, the Grammy Award-winning I Am Sasha Fierce, E=MC2, and Still Standing, were among the albums she helped shape, becoming one of the industry’s A list top liners. She won five ASCAP Music Awards, and wrote Rihanna’s Grammy Award-winning Best Dance Record of the Year, “Only Girl in the World.”
As Crystal’s career continued to rise, her personal life began to deteriorate. After marrying her high school sweetheart, success became too much and divorce became the topic of discussion. Crystal decided that what she needed, success couldn’t buy. She turned to Jesus who lead her home to her husband. They recommitted their marriage to God and each other.
Now, wife, artist, writer, and aspiring actress Crystal Nicole is finally complete. Having found the true balance in her life she is now ready to continue to climb up the charts as a label owner hoping to pour music and wisdom into young aspiring artists.
