We are a community-based, indigenously-led Christian organization. Our focus is reaching inner-city youth in and around Atlanta’s Summerhill area. We spread the wisdom and love of Christ through our programs. By facilitating opportunities for personal empowerment, spiritual love, and academic enrichment, we’re on a mission to uplift our community!

PRAY
- Please pray that the heart of our youth would be tenderized and open to the gospel and to learning new and different things that will equip them for life. Pray for their individual home struggles and challenges.
- We have expanded our family roster by 40% during the pandemic. Most of these families are unchurched or have not heard or accepted the good news of the gospel. Pray that meaningful relationships will be formed and doors are open for us to share the gospel, unconditional love, and Intentional discipleship.
- Pray for the strength, personal growth, and heart posture of our staff and Ministry partners.
- Pray that our evangelism, discipleship and outreach ministries will be fruitful in the lives of those we serve, and that we will be open to learn and receive from them as well.

JOIN
- Volunteers are needed to teach and/or assist with special theme weeks, such as music, drama, square dancing, art-n crafts and leading 15 minute devotionals in the morning at 9:15am, or afternoon at 2:30pm.
- Volunteers are needed to help chaperone and transport kids on field trips! Feel free to bring your kids, as well. •
- Volunteers can also help prepare hot lunches on Monday-Wednesday, and prepare sack lunches for Thursday field trip days.
- Lunches are needed for 80 people.
- Back to School Needs: Help fill back packs with school supplies. Write notes to a child to encourage her/him as they begin a new school year. Donate back packs and/or supplies- A full list of grade level supplies will be provided
- After School Enrichment Program:
- Serve as a tutor to elementary or middle school students.
- Bring and serve after school snacks to 50 kids.
- Teach an enrichment from arts-n-crafts to cooking to wood working to drama classes. Share your skills, gifts and talents!
- Help with a special event Special Event Volunteers.
- Help make Thanksgiving baskets.
- Christmas Child sponsorship program- shop for and wrap gifts, help with the kids party, help deliver gifts to families.
- Serve at our SCM Annual Christmas Dinner Food Pantry.
- Pack bags of food and toiletry bags. Help on distribution days. Write an encouraging note to a family Special Projects.
- Help with repairs to the facility. Help with outdoor special projects
