Connections Homes is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting young adults to families. Every year in our country an estimated 85,000 young men and women between the ages of 18 – 24 are living life unconnected to family or any caring stable adult.

- Pray that the Lord would guide Mentoring Families into our path who are willing to step into the life of a young adult and make a meaningful connection
- Pray that the Lord would guide youth without a family to our program to be connected to a loving Christian family who cares for them
- Pray for the isolation and loneliness felt by so many of our youth throughout the pandemic
