Reconciler Pathway is a dual-track program that embodies the Know, Own, Change model. Within the program, there are Reconcilers and Fellows. Reconcilers will consist of laypersons within the church who want to pursue gospel-centered reconciliation within their churches and communities. They will engage in bi-monthly virtual sessions over a 12-month period, where they will learn about the history and impact of racism in our country, the role of the Church, and how they can act with mercy and justice, advancing the mission of Gospel-Centered reconciliation.
OneRace Fellows will comprise pastors and lay leaders who will engage in a train-the-trainer model that challenges them to dig deeper into racial topics and equips them to build a reconciliation practice in their respective communities. We will employ a “Show Coaching Model,” allowing Fellows to gain experience in leading, teaching, and facilitating. The aim is for each, Fellow to be proficient in our process to begin a practice and train their respective church.
